When your order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number from Shoperocity.
Please make sure to double check the description to see the delivery time frame for your specific country. Unfortunately, over the last several months, due to the coronavirus pandemic, estimates of shipping times have become somewhat unreliable. However, under normal circumstances and depending on the product ordered, warehouse location and sometimes due to high demand, it may take anywhere from 1-7 business days for the shipping confirmation email to arrive in your inbox. Also, keep in mind that it may take an additional 1 to 4 weeks for your order to arrive at your door.
Once you receive the email with the tracking number, follow these steps to easily check on your delivery status.

Please note: If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed – Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should update within 1-2 business days.
