Shipping Policy

Your purchases may come from various locations, and may arrive to you in more than one package, although we try our best to only send you one package. An email notification with tracking information will be sent to you when your order has been shipped. Please note that shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and Shoperocity cannot be responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders.Also, we are not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to problems with product availability. However, It is always in our best interest to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner and Shoperocity will assist as much as possible to trace a missing package.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is FREE worldwide. 

 I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Before your package is dispatched to your destination,the order has to be processed and your package prepared for delivery. Depending on the product, it can take anywhere between 1 - 7 business days of processing time before your order is ready for shipping. 

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

We strive to have the packages delivered to you as soon as possible. 

  • Average transit times to the United States: 7 - 14 Business days
  • Average transit times to International: 10 - 28 Business days

While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. Natural disasters, epidemics, holidays, weather, etc. may cause shipping delays. Currently, most carriers are experiencing delays due to the Covid-19 pandemic. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery date; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER? 

We provide tracking for every order and it will be available once your product is shipped. However, each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality, yet affordable products.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?      

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL" and include the order details. However, you must cancel within 24 hours of creating the order as we cannot cancel it If the item has already shipped.  

WHAT IF I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS?   

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information IMMEDIATELY at support@shoperocity.com. If the address is wrong, we can only correct this within 24 hours of you placing the order!

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Every item is shipped with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 out of every 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

We are sorry if this happens to you. Please contact us with:

    - Your name and order number.

    - A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out a replacement free of charge.

IMPORT TAX & DUTY

Once the package arrives at the destination country, import taxes, duties, and other related customs fees may be charged by your local authorities. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. For further details on charges, please contact your country's customs office.

Please note that in order to reduce your customs fees at the border, we may lower the value of the package !
