We strive to offer products of the highest quality but if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.
Anything you purchase on Shoperocity should arrive in pristine condition. However, if your order arrived damaged or defective in any way, please take a picture of the damage or defect and contact us at email@example.com for replacement or refund. Please, do not send the product(s) back to the manufacturer!
We will be responsible for shipping costs if:
- Product has a manufacturing defect that make it impossible to use
- The product received is totally different from the order.
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs if:
- The product does not meet customer's expectations.
- Customer simply wants a change for another product or return it.
- All reduced or sale items are final sale! You may return any item that is not "Sale” within 30 days of delivery.
- We must receive all returns in NEW, UNUSED condition, with all original packaging.
- Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges. If you require a different product, please initiate a return to send back the item you are not satisfied with. Once a return has been initiated, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.
How To Return Something
- Get in touch with Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org with "Return" in the subject line, your order number and the reason for returning the item and we will guide you with the rest. Please attach a picture of the damaged or defective product, if applicable.
- Someone from Customer Support will contact you within 1-2 business days to let you know if your item is eligible for return.
- Customers are strongly advised to get proof of shipment when returning goods to avoid "lost package" situations.
How your refund is processed
We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible.
- Once we have received and inspected your returned product, you can expect to receive a refund usually within 5-10 business days.
- If the refund is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's original credit card or payment method shortly after.
- We will notify you via email once we’ve received your return and the refund has been processed.
